VisitorSecure Insurance is a low-cost plan for relatives or parents visiting USA, or for travel by anyone outside America also. Quote and buy Visitor Secure Insurance that provides cheap and affordable scheduled or fixed benefit travel medical protection coverage for immigrants or travelers to the U.S., or for visiting any foreign destination outside home country. VisitorSecure plan is available from a minimum of 14 days up to a maximum of one year. Visitor Secure Insurance is designed to protect the visitors health across borders with coverage benefits such as both inpatient and outpatient hospital medical expenses, emergency medical evacuation, and common carrier accidental death and dismemberment. and emergency travel features, and is suitable for a single individual or a group of family members or travelers to any nation. Individuals on one application must fall into one of these categories: below age 69, ages 70 to 79, and age 80 and above. If you will be traveling to the US and are age 65 or above, your date of arrival in the US must be no more than 30 days after your effective date. Visitor Secure Insurance is extendable and renewable up to 12 months of continuous coverage.

Visitor Secure Insurance plan is designed to protect visitors to the US such as relatives or parents visiting USA, friends and family members who visit America, or for travel by anyone outside America also. Individuals and families visiting USA or traveling outside home country need insurance protection for sickness or injury while they are in the U.S. or traveling to another country abroad. VisitorSecure Insurance is a low-cost plan that provides both inpatient and outpatient hospital benefits and many other valuable emergency travel features as part of coverage.

Visitor Secure plan offers basic benefits and services to meet the needs of a wide array of needs for USA visitors or international travelers. With access to emergency medical services and treatment, visitors to USA can enjoy their visit knowing that their health is protected under this plan for sickness/injury. The plan offers periods of coverage from 5 days to 12 months of continuous coverage, and is renewable. Certificate Period The period beginning on the effective date of coverage of this certificate, including any extension purchases, and ending on the termination date.

Plan A: $50,000, Plan B: $75,000, Plan C: $100,000 & Plan D: $130,000
Ages 70 to 79 years:
Plan A: $50,000 & Plan B: $75,000 Plans C & D: N/A
Ages 80 years and above:
Plans A: $10,000 Plans B, C & D: N/A
Note: This overall policy maximum limit amount applies per person, per certificate period of coverage, as specified by age of member.
This maximum amount excludes Emergency Medical Evacuation, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Common Carrier Accidental Death, and other benefits listed below which have own separate limits.
Deductible Choices Ages 14 days to 69 years: Plans A, B, C & D: $0, $50, or $100
Ages 70 to 79 years: Plans A & B: $100 or $200, Plans C & D: N/A

Deductible is per injury or illness and offers most affordable, balanced and most coverage options.
Higher the selected deductible, lower the premium cost paid to purchase for selected maximum coverage.

Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Limits per day: Plan A: $2,200, Plan B: $2,600, Plan C: $3,000, & Plan D: $3,800
Note: Maximum number of days is limited to 8 days.
Includes miscellaneous ICU expenses.
Surgery Limits per session: Plan A: $3,600, Plan B: $4,800, Plan C: $6,000, & Plan D: $7,800
Inpatient Physician Visits Maximum limit per visit: Plan A: $60, Plan B: $75, Plan C: $90, & Plan D: $115
Note: Limited to 1 visit per day
Maximum number of doctor visits is limited to 30.

Death or loss of two limbs: Principal sum
Loss of one limb: One-half the principal sum
Note: Not subject to deductible.
A maximum of $250,000 per insured family involved in the same accident.
Acute Onset of Pre-exiting Condition Lifetime Maximum for Eligible Expenses: Plan A: $50,000 Plan B: $75,000 Plans C, & D: $100,000
Lifetime Maximum for Emergency Medical Evacuation: $25,000 (all Plans)
Note: This benefit is only available to members under age 70 years.
An acute onset of a pre-existing condition is a sudden and unexpected outbreak or recurrence of a pre-existing condition which occurs spontaneously and without advance warning either in the form of physician recommendations or symptoms. Treatment must be obtained within 24 hours of the sudden and unexpected outbreak or recurrence.
Chronic and congenital conditions are excluded from coverage benefit.
Only "Acute Onset of Pre-existing conditions" is covered for ages below 70 years, up to the specified limit for an acute onset of a pre-existing condition if the condition occurs during your coverage period, and if you receive treatment within 24 hours of the sudden and unexpected recurrence.

Claims & Reimbursement Download and print the Tokio Marine HCCMIS Insurance Claims Form to submit for claims reimbursement.
Submit the completed claim form and file along with the itemized medical bill/s to the plan administrator.
Submit the completed the proof of claim form and file along with the itemized medical bill/s to the plan administrator.
All claims must be submitted within 60 days from the last day of the certificate period.
Note: Plan does not guarantee payment to a healthcare service provider or facility or insured individual for medical expenses until the plan administrator determines it is an eligible expense.
Direct cashless billing is also available when the healthcare service provider is directly paid for the services rendered.
Cancellation & Refund If cancellation request is received before coverage start date, full premium cost paid is refunded.
After coverage start date, only a partial refund of unused portion of your plan cost is given per below rules:
Note: A written (email) request is required.
After the certificate effective date, following cancellation rules apply:
1. A $25 cancellation fee will apply for administrative costs incurred by us; and
2. Only the unused portion of the plan cost will be refunded; and
3. You cannot have filed any claims to be eligible for premium refund.
